- We as an electorate are very concerned about debt. Yet, we as an electorate are very ficke whan it comes to dealing with it. We dont want to cut spending and we dont what to raise revenues, and we refuse to elect anyone who says they will do either one.

- The gun doesnt fit him. It looks like it has too little drop, so its riding too high on his shoulder to get a good sight picture. I have the same problem with my trap gun. If he shoots a lot he should have the drop increased.

- For what it's worth. I have belonged to gun clubs in three different states now. Including Mass and Illinois, two of the least gun friendly. Lots of cops in those gun clubs. Also, when you think about it, Police chiefs are political appointees too.

- Vigilance against slippery-slope legislation means sometimes you have to reject a bill you otherwise love because it has one provision that seems innocuous but will have far reaching effects. Highly emotional issues, like 911 or Newton often yield bad legislation, like the Patriot act.

- Bill I couldn't agree more. If the R's want to win seats, they have to lay off the freaks. Although I admit, running an actual Witch was pretty original for any party. Way more flair then a plain old religious demagogue.
